MEET THE FOUNDERS
Donna Wilde (vocals & saxophone) grew up in northern Wisconsin. Her father was her first music teacher and she was involved with church and school choirs throughout high school and college. After receiving her music education degree from UW-River Falls she headed to Miami to work for Carnival Cruise Lines as a musician and entertainer. She then moved back to land where she co-founded and recorded with several original bands in both Phoenix and Minneapolis. She continues to stay busy as a professional musician, composer, and teaching artist.
Richard Palalay (piano & keyboards) grew up in Hawaii and first learned music from his father and other relatives. He started playing professionally at age sixteen and then attended UC-Riverside where he graduated with a degree in music composition. He has been writing, arranging, and recording music for several decades and has released many albums including "My Heart is Home" and Invitation To Dance" from the Pure and Simple Label. Richard was a musical director for the Las Vegas show: Legends in Concert. He is also known around the Phoenix Valley as 'the Nordstrom pianist" because he was the lead pianist at Nordstrom Fashion Square for many years. Several of his compositions have aired on network TV, PBS, HBO, Direct TV, Muzak, Dish Network, and on radio and TV in several countries.
